The Superannuation Funds are mainly categorized as Major Funds and Self-Managed Funds. In the Entire OnHire, the available Superannuation Funds are selected from the Default Fund, My Own Fund or Self-Managed Fund.
The Flare HR integration with Entire OnHire streamlines the Superannuation selection processes for the members and empowers them to submit or update their superannuation funds. The members are digitally onboarded with the ability to choose their desired Superannuation Fund.
This Superannuation Selection reduces the administration work for staff/ members and eliminate the paperwork. It allows members to select the existing superannuation fund, or the option to select a new Super Fund.
They will still have the option to set their own fund or opt into your employer default fund. This new experience provides validation of USIs and ensures completeness of Super choice data against an employee’s payroll record.
These new onboarding features provides the member’s control of their own super fund with minimal effort to the employer. Members have complete control of their superannuation fund.
