The interview process may vary depending on the position you are applying for; however below is the general process we follow:

  1. Phone screening: During the phone screening, the recruiter or hiring manager will ask you general questions about your experience, skills, and qualifications. This short call helps us establish a list of suitable candidates for the role.
  2. Technical interview: If you are successful in the phone screening, you will be invited to a technical interview. This video call will provide the candidate with an opportunity to meet the hiring manager, as well as a selection of relevant team members. More technical questions specific to the role will be asked here.
  3. Management Interview: If you are shortlisted as a top candidate for the role, you will be invited for onsite meeting with the top management. This is typically the longest discussion and will involve more questions about your background and goals for the future. Once the shortlisted candidates are interviewed in person, an offer will be made to the preference applicant.
