Gregory Lee has been the Chairman of Entire’s Advisory Board since joining in 2020. Greg brings an extensive background across a range of industries: training and education, disruptive technology, human resources, elite sport, marketing and advertising, as well as recruitment.
With decades of board experience and a current directorship at the Judicial College of Victoria, Greg brings a high level of risk analysis and corporate governance to our Board, helping guide the growing scale-up in “doing the right things, the right way.”
Prior to joining Entire as Chairman, Greg built and successfully sold his own training, recruitment and labour-hire business, Octopus Hospitality. He was also Co-Founder of the rostering product, Emprevo. His past life as N.E.D. helps paint a picture of Greg’s passion for disruptive technology and elite sport, having been Director of the Carlton Football Club and of William Angliss TAFE.
Greg joined Entire when he saw the scope of the global long-term vision. Despite being on several boards already, Greg loves to say, “if you need something done – give it to a busy man!
Sachin Nischal is the Chief Executive Co-Founder of Entire Software. He is the original architect of the Entire Recruit product back in 2009. As CTO, Sachin is responsible for Entire’s R&D, Software Development, Project Management & Technical Innovation.
Sachin is a visionary designer and entrepreneur, which he backs up with an accounting degree. This background has allowed him to oversee the programming of complex financial systems within the Entire OnHire suite.
Prior to founding Entire, Sachin ran his own IT training company in India, worked as a Project Manager for IBM, and as a business analyst for Shahi Exports. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and is also an accredited Project Manager.
Sachin is a highly regarded cricketer in his home state of Uttar Pradesh, India and dreams of one day owning his very own cricket team. Passionate about entrepreneurship and education, his long-term vision is to empower others through opportunities to pursue their own entrepreneurial goals.
Blake Thomson is Chief Executive Co-Founder of Entire Software. His focus is on Entire’s growth through Sales, Marketing, and the development of success stories for our customers and integration partners.
Before co-founding Entire Software with Sachin in 2015, Blake completed a Degree in Business and Commerce at Monash University, majoring in Management. Halfway through a Masters of IT Design, Entire was launched and Blake had to make a choice between furthering his education and growing the start-up business. He stands by his choice.
Throughout his years of study, Blake also worked for a nursing recruitment agency. As a “Jack-of-All-Trades,” he was exposed to every role: from screening to interviewing, scanning timesheets, and writing tenders. He learned firsthand the inefficiencies that can be caused by working across multiple software systems.
Interested in technology from a young age, Blake’s first passion remains video games. He dreams to one day launch his own educational video game franchise under the Xeople brand.
Shane Rose is a member of the Advisory board at Entire Software. He provides our team with the high-level financial strategy needed to profitably grow a rapid scale-up business.
He brings entrepreneurial thinking to the accounting side of Entire. His focus as Board member is implementing positive change and adequate structure to the business, which in turn benefits the people involved in it.
With a qualification as a Chartered Accountant, he is also a renowned Tax advisor and specialist business valuer acting on several bank panels.
Shane’s specialty lies in the acquisitions, valuations, and negotiations of eight-figure businesses. This expertise helps position Entire on a clear growth track as the only complete software solution of its kind.
Lyle Potgieter provides expert SAAS advice to the leadership team at Entire. Prior to joining the Board, Lyle founded and sold ten different SAAS businesses, giving him an incredible amount of knowledge and experience across the industry. His philosophy lies in finding both the right people and metrics to track your business performance. “Once you do – rapidly scale that up tenfold!”
Lyle also has an incredibly strong grasp of HR within the Australasian market, having successfully built and sold Peoplestream, a human capital management solution.
Celebrated internationally as a SAAS Growth Guru, Lyle loves helping SAAS companies unlock their full potential as a Growth Advisor. He describes himself as a keen student of his peers within the SAAS world and is still involved in many SAAS companies as an investor, mentor, advisor, and scale-up/start-up pioneer.
