Gregory Lee is the Chairman of Entire’s Advisory Board, joining officially in 2020. Greg brings an extensive background across most industries including training & education, disruptive technology, human resources, elite sport, marketing, professional recruitment & labour-hire and advertising.
With his vast Board expertise and current position on the Judaical Board of Victoria, Greg brings a high level of risk analysis and corporate governance to Entire, helping guide the growing scale-up in “doing the right things, the right way”.
Prior to becoming Entire’s Advisory Chairman, Greg built and successfully sold his own training, recruitment and labour-hire business; Octopus Hospitality and is also a Co-founder of the Rostering product; Emprevo. He has a passion as a N.E.D. in disruptive technology and for elite sport as a Former director and Life Member of the Carlton Football Club and director of William Angliss TAFE.
Greg joined the Entire when he saw the scope of the global vision, for multiple products which he believed had massive potential, and is excited about current and future products. Despite being on several boards already, as Greg says, “If you need something done – give it to a busy man!”
Sachin Nischal is the CTO & Co-founder of Entire Software. As CTO, Sachin is responsible for Entire’s R&D, Software Development, Project Management & Technical Innovation. He is the original architect of the Entire Recruit product back in 2009.
Sachin leads our product teams and is a visionary designer, entrepreneur, as well as having an accounting degree. This has allowed him to oversee complex financial programs that are above most programmers.
Prior to Co-founding Entire. Sachin had his own IT training company in India, worked as a Project Manager for IBM, and as a business analyst for Shahi Exports. He holds a Bachelors of Computer Science and is also an accredited Project Manager.
Sachin, true to his name is a highly regarded state-cricketer in his home state, and one-day dreams to own his own Cricket team. Always passionate about Entrepreneurship and Education, his long-term vision is to empower others with opportunities to become entrepreneurs themselves.
Blake Thomson is CEO & Co-founder of Entire Software. His focus is on Entire’s growth through Sales, Marketing, and building very successful customers and partners.
Before Co-founding Entire with Sachin & Steve in 2015, Blake completed a Business Commerce from Monash University, Majoring in Management. Halfway through a Masters of IT Design when the Entire was launched, Blake quickly had to make a choice between the Masters and growing the start-up business. The rest is history.
Prior to Entire, Blake worked for several years in a Nursing Recruitment Agency. Always a “Jack-of-All-Trades” he was exposed to every role, from screening to interviewing, scanning time-sheets, and writing tenders, he quickly came to loath working across multiple software in one business.
Always interested in technology, Blake’s greatest passion is video-games, and his dream is to create his own educational video-game franchise under the Entire Software brand. He also has a keen fascination with space, history, philosophy, and the unknown.
He never did finish the Masters of IT Design, exiting with a graduate certificate instead, saying “I learned more in 3 months of working in a real business than 4 years at university”.
Shane Rose is a member of the Advisory board, providing the high-level financial strategy and acumen needed to profitably grow a rapid scale-up business.
He brings entrepreneurial thinking to the accounting position of Entire and is always focused on implementing both positive change and structure to both the business and people involved in it.
Shane’s speciality is in 8 figure business acquisitions, valuations, and negotiations, which are key to accelerating the growth of Entire as a complete software solution.
Obviously qualified as a chartered accountant, he is also renowned Tax advisor and specialist business valuer acting for several bank panels.
Lyle Potgieter provides expert SAAS advice to the board and the Entire leadership team. Lyle also has an incredibly strong grasp of the HR and Australasia market, having successfully built and sold Peoplestream the human capital management solution in 2018.
Prior to advising Entire Lyle founded and sold 10 different SAAS businesses, giving him an incredible amount of knowledge and experience in the industry. The key in his words is to focus on finding both the right people and metrics to track your business performance and once you do, to rapidly scale that up tenfold.
Known internationally as a SAAS Growth Guru, Lyle loves helping SAAS companies unlock their full potential as a Growth Advisor. In his own words, he’s a keen student of many others in the SAAS space and is still involved in many SAAS companies as an investor, mentor, advisor, scale-up and start-up pioneer.
